Davidson College was not included in this year's [Best Schools for Veterans ranking[(/rankings/veterans). This could be due to a number of reasons, including insufficent data.
An increased number of veterans enrolling at a particular school means that college faculty are more adept at accommodating and supporting those with previous military experience.
According to the VA, there are 19 GI Bill® students at Davidson. There are 1,983 students enrolled at Davidson. This means that approximately 0.96% use the GI Bill® to help pay for tuition, fees, and other expenses. To put that into perspective, about three to four percent of college students in the U.S. are veterans according to the Student Veterans of America.
