General Business/Commerce is the 16th most popular major in the country with 56,042 degrees awarded in 2020-2021. In 2019-2020, general business/commerce graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $43,399 and had an average of $26,389 in loans still to pay off.

This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly for General Business” ranking analyzed 459 colleges that offered a degree in general business/commerce. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great general business/commerce programs and a strong support system for veterans and active service members.

To come up with these rankings, we looked at factors such as veteran satisfaction, veteran affordability, and overall quality of the general business/commerce program at the school. For more information, check out our ranking methodology.
