Out of the 4 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in North Carolina for ME that were part of this year’s ranking, North Carolina State University landed the #1 spot on the list. North Carolina State University is a public institution located in Raleigh, North Carolina. The school has a large population, and it awarded 402 ’s degrees in 2020-2021.

Duke is a fairly large private not-for-profit school situated in Durham, North Carolina. It awarded 141 ’s ME degrees in 2020-2021.

Duke also took the #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] spot in our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” ranking.Of the 16,172 students enrolled at Duke, 36 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. NC A&T is located in Greensboro, North Carolina and, has a fairly large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 106 ’s ME degrees to qualified students.

NC A&T also made our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” list, coming in at #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS].Of the 12,753 students enrolled at North Carolina A & T State University, 789 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of North Carolina at Charlotte. It ranked #4 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in North Carolina for ME list. UNC Charlotte is a large school located in Charlotte, North Carolina that handed out 249 ’s ME degrees in 2020-2021.

UNC Charlotte also made our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” list, coming in at #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS].Among the 30,146 students enrolled at University of North Carolina at Charlotte, 1,476 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 642 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $4,691. During this same period, 13 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program. University of North Carolina at Charlotte does offer credit for military training for eligible students.
