Delaware State University tops this year’s ranking as the best value school for Ghanaian students in Delaware. Located in Dover, Delaware, the medium-sized public school awarded 613 diplomas to qualified bachelor’s degree students in 2020-2021.

International students make up 4.6% of the total student body at the school. Students from as far away as China, South Korea, and Jamaica come to Del State to study. Yearly tuition and fees (out-of-state) for undergraduates at Del State runs, on average, about $18,280. Graduate students pay around $11,726 a year in average tuition and fees.
