Provo, Utah is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The private not-for-profit school handed out bachelor’s degrees to 6,871 students in 2020-2021.

Around 3.5% of the total student population at the school is international. The top three countries sending students to study at BYU are Canada, South Korea, and China.

Students who start out at the school are likely to stick around. The freshman retention rate is 92%.

You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend University of Denver. The school came in at #2 in this year’s ranking. DU is a fairly large private not-for-profit school situated in Denver, Colorado. It awarded 1,689 bachelor’s degrees in 2020-2021.

Of the total number of students at the school, 4.5% are international. The top three countries sending students to study at DU are China, Saudi Arabia, and India.

Out of the 18 schools in the Rocky Mountains Region that were part of this year’s ranking, University of Colorado Boulder landed the #3 spot on the list. Located in Boulder, Colorado, the large public school handed out 7,404 bachelor’s degrees in 2020-2021.

Around 6.4% of the total student population at the school is international. The top three countries sending students to study at CU - Boulder are China, India, and Saudi Arabia.

Salt Lake City, UT

The excellent bachelor’s degree programs at University of Utah helped the school earn the #4 place on this year’s ranking of the best schools for Japanese students in the Rocky Mountains Region. This large public school is located in Salt Lake City, Utah, and it awarded 5,437 bachelor’s degrees in 2020-2021.

International students make up 7.2% of the total student body at the school. The top three countries sending students to study at U of U are China, India, and South Korea.

Students who start out at the school are likely to stick around. The freshman retention rate is 89%.

A rank of #5 on our list means Colorado State University - Fort Collins is a great place for Japanese students in the Rocky Mountains Region working on their bachelor’s degree. Colorado State is located in Fort Collins, Colorado and, has a large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 5,528 bachelor’s degrees to qualified undergraduates.

University of Wyoming ranked #8 on this year’s Best Colleges for Japanese Students in the Rocky Mountains Region list. Located in Laramie, Wyoming, the fairly large public school handed out 2,364 bachelor’s degrees in 2020-2021.

With a ranking of #9, University of Colorado Denver/Anschutz Medical Campus did quite well on the 2021 Best Colleges for Japanese Students in the Rocky Mountains Region. Denver, Colorado is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out bachelor’s degrees to 2,889 students in 2020-2021.

Around 6.2% of the total student population at the school is international. Students from as far away as China, India, and Saudi Arabia come to CU Anschutz to study.
