Our 2021 rankings named University of Hawaii at Manoa the best school for Vietnamese students in Hawaii working on their bachelor’s degree. University of Hawaii at Manoa is a fairly large public school located in Honolulu, Hawaii that handed out 3,200 bachelor’s degrees in 2020-2021.
