California University of Pennsylvania tops the 2021 list of our schools in Pennsylvania that are best for non-traditional computer information systems students. Cal U is a moderately-sized public school located in the small suburb of California.
The school has a low student loan default rate of 2.1%. 2,821 of Cal U students are exclusively distance learners. About 2,171 of the students at Cal U are attending part time.
