You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend Oklahoma Panhandle State University. The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in Oklahoma for Agriculture. OPSU is a small public school situated in Goodwell, Oklahoma. It awarded 22 ’s agriculture degrees in 2020-2021.
