In 2020-2021, 6,547 people earned their degree in real estate, making the major the 200th most popular in the United States.

At the associate degree level specifically, there were 429 real estate graduates with average earnings and debt of $35,806 and $19,336 respectively.

This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly for Real Estate for an Associate” ranking looked at 29 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in real estate. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent real estate programs, but they also offer a lot of support to veterans and active service members.

When determining these rankings, we looked at things such as overall quality of the real estate program at the school, veteran affordability, and veteran satisfaction. Check out our ranking methodology for more information.
