The College of New Jersey tops the 2021 list of our schools in the Middle Atlantic Region that are best for non-traditional education students. TCNJ is a moderately-sized public school located in the large suburb of Ewing. In addition to being on our best for non-traditional students list, TCNJ has also earned the #1 rank in our Best Colleges for Education in the Middle Atlantic Region ranking.
About 0.8% of TCNJ students default on their loans in three years, which is lower than average. There are approximately 1,040 students at TCNJ that take at least one class online. There are roughly 570 part time students in attendance at TCNJ.
Towson University earned the #2 spot in our 2021 rankings. Located in the city of Towson, Towson is a public college with a fairly large student population. Towson also took the #4 spot in our Best Colleges for Education in the Middle Atlantic Region rankings.
