In 2020-2021, 20,665 people earned their degree in medicine, making the major the 42nd most popular in the United States.

This year’s “Best Value Medicine Schools” ranking looked at 132 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in medicine. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great medicine programs and cost less that schools of similar quality.
