In 2019-2020, 11,652 people earned their degree in anthropology, making the major the 71st most popular in the United States.
Across the Great Lakes region, there were 1,240 anthropology graduates with average earnings and debt of $0 and $0 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 1,027 anthropology graduates with average earnings and debt of $39,075 and $25,381 respectively.
