CCSU is located in New Britain, Connecticut and, has a medium-sized student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 1,906 bachelor’s degrees to qualified undergraduates.

Of the total number of students at the school, 1.5% are international. Students studying at CCSU come from such countries as India, Saudi Arabia, and China. The excellent bachelor’s degree programs at University of Connecticut helped the school earn the #2 place on this year’s ranking of the best schools for Chinese students in Connecticut. Located in Storrs, Connecticut, the large public school awarded 5,991 diplomas to qualified bachelor’s degree students in 2020-2021.

International students make up 13.1% of the total student body at the school. Students from as far away as China, India, and South Korea come to UCONN to study. International students at UCONN can expect to pay, on average, about $41,192 a year to attend the school. The average tuition and fees for graduate programs is $42,237 per year.

With a freshman retention rate of 93%, the school does an excellent job of retaining its students.

Out of the 15 schools in Connecticut that were part of this year’s ranking, Eastern Connecticut State University landed the #3 spot on the list. This small public school is located in Willimantic, Connecticut, and it awarded 1,013 bachelor’s degrees in 2020-2021.
