University of Louisville tops this year’s ranking as the best value school for Russian students in Kentucky. Located in Louisville, Kentucky, the large public school handed out 3,083 bachelor’s degrees in 2020-2021.

Around 2.8% of the total student population at the school is international. The top three countries sending students to study at UofL are India, China, and Iran. International students at UofL can expect to pay, on average, about $28,716 a year to attend the school. Graduate students pay around $27,839 a year in average tuition and fees.

University of the Cumberlands is a fairly large private not-for-profit school located in Williamsburg, Kentucky that handed out 799 bachelor’s degrees in 2020-2021.
