2022 Best Value MIS Schools for a Bachelor’s in the Great Lakes Region

In 2019-2020, 12,374 people earned their degree in general management information systems, making the major the 64th most popular in the United States.
Across the Great Lakes region, there were 1,832 general management information systems graduates with average earnings and debt of $0 and $0 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 1,503 general management information systems graduates with average earnings and debt of $39,075 and $25,381 respectively.
This year’s “Best Value MIS Schools for a Bachelor’s in the Great Lakes Region” ranking looked at 56 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in general management information systems. This ranking identifies schools with high-quality general management information systems programs that also have a lower cost than schools of similar quality.
When determining these rankings, we looked at things such as overall quality of the general management information systems program at the school and the cost to attend the school once aid has been awarded. Check out our ranking methodology for more information.
