2022 Best Value Associate Degree Colleges for Information Science in the Middle Atlantic Region

In 2017-2018, information science graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $58,848 and had an average of $32,600 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Middle Atlantic region, there were 7,398 information science graduates with average earnings and debt of $59,570 and $29,713 respectively. At the associate degree level specifically, there were 302 information science graduates with average earnings and debt of $32,733 and $16,201 respectively.
For this year’s “Best Value IS Schools for an Associate in the Middle Atlantic Region” ranking, we looked at 9 colleges that offer a degree in information science. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great information science programs and cost less that schools of similar quality.

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Hudson Valley Community College. It ranked #1 on our 2022 Best Value IS Schools for an Associate in the Middle Atlantic Region list. HVCC is a medium-sized school located in Troy, New York that handed out 80 associates’s IS degrees in 2019-2020.

Elizabethtown College did quite well in the 2022 Best Value IS Schools for an Associate in the Middle Atlantic Region ranking, coming in at #9.
