Out of the 10 schools in the Best Value Library and Information Science Schools for a Master’s in the Middle Atlantic Region that were part of this year’s ranking, Clarion University of Pennsylvania landed the #1 spot on the list. Clarion University is a small school located in Clarion, Pennsylvania that handed out 164 masters’s library and information science degrees in 2019-2020.

You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend Queens College. The school came in at #2 for the Best Value Library and Information Science Schools for a Master’s in the Middle Atlantic Region. Queens, New York is the setting for this fairly large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out masters’s library and information science degrees to 117 students in 2019-2020.
QC not only placed well in this ranking. It is also #5 on our “Best Library & Information Science Master’s Degree Schools in the Middle Atlantic Region” list. Although you might pay more or less depending on your area of study, average graduate tuition and fees at Queens College are $21,042.
Out of the 10 schools in the Best Value Library and Information Science Schools for a Master’s in the Middle Atlantic Region that were part of this year’s ranking, LIU Post landed the #3 spot on the list. LIU Post is a fairly large school located in Brookville, New York that handed out 36 masters’s library and information science degrees in 2019-2020.
As a testament to the quality of education offered at LIU Post, the school also landed the #7 spot in our “Best Library & Information Science Master’s Degree Schools in the Middle Atlantic Region” ranking. You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of Maryland - College Park. It ranked #4 on our 2022 Best Value Library and Information Science Schools for a Master’s in the Middle Atlantic Region list. Pratt Institute - Main is a private not-for-profit institution located in Brooklyn, New York. The school has a small population, and it awarded 41 masters’s degrees in 2019-2020.
