You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of Wyoming. It ranked #1 on our 2022 Best Value Fine Arts Schools for a Bachelor’s in Wyoming For Those Getting Aid list. Laramie, Wyoming is the setting for this fairly large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out bachelors’s Fine Arts degrees to 35 students in 2019-2020.
