Out of the 1 schools in the Best Value Agriculture Schools for an Associate in the Southwest Region that were part of this year’s ranking, Oklahoma Panhandle State University landed the #1 spot on the list. Goodwell, Oklahoma is the setting for this small institution of higher learning. The public school handed out associates’s agriculture degrees to 15 students in 2019-2020.
