2022 Best Value Master’s Degree Colleges for General Architecture in the New England Region

When it comes to choosing a college, students have a lot of options - but not all of them are good. College Factual has developed its “Best Value Architecture Schools for a Master’s in the New England Region” ranking as one item you can use to help make this decision.

In 2019-2020, 5,051 people earned their degree in general architecture, making the major the 111th most popular in the United States. In 2017-2018, general architecture graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $46,998 and had an average of $41,356 in loans still to pay off.

Across the New England region, there were 386 general architecture graduates with average earnings and debt of $51,307 and $45,609 respectively. At the master’s degree level specifically, there were 83 general architecture graduates with average earnings and debt of $58,606 and $42,101 respectively.

This year’s “Best Value Architecture Schools for a Master’s in the New England Region” ranking looked at 5 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in general architecture. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great general architecture programs and cost less that schools of similar quality.

To come up with these rankings, we looked at factors such as the cost to attend the school after aid is awarded and overall quality of the general architecture program at the school. Check out our ranking methodology for more information.
