Human Resource Management is the 43rd most popular major in the country with 26,616 degrees awarded in 2019-2020. In 2017-2018, human resource management graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $46,242 and had an average of $34,825 in loans still to pay off.

Across the Far Western US region, there were 2,058 human resource management graduates with average earnings and debt of $49,100 and $36,435 respectively. At the master’s degree level specifically, there were 962 human resource management graduates with average earnings and debt of $59,319 and $48,880 respectively.
