Electronics Engineering Technology is the 119th most popular major in the country with 9,020 degrees awarded in 2019-2020. In 2017-2018, electronics engineering technology graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $46,459 and had an average of $25,065 in loans still to pay off.
Across the New England region, there were 254 electronics engineering technology graduates with average earnings and debt of $54,933 and $23,861 respectively. At the associate degree level specifically, there were 116 electronics engineering technology graduates with average earnings and debt of $36,753 and $14,559 respectively.
This year’s “Best Value EE Tech Schools for an Associate in the New England Region” ranking looked at 11 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in electronics engineering technology. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent electronics engineering technology programs, but they also cost less that schools of similar quality.
