2022 Best Value Doctor’s Degree Colleges for Biomedical Engineering (Income $0-$30k) in the Great Lakes Region

In 2019-2020, 12,258 people earned their degree in biomedical engineering, making the major the 75th most popular in the United States. In 2017-2018, biomedical engineering graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $58,234 and had an average of $23,170 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Great Lakes region, there were 1,768 biomedical engineering graduates with average earnings and debt of $58,647 and $22,378 respectively. At the doctor’s degree level specifically, there were 153 biomedical engineering graduates with average earnings and debt of $74,428 and $121,375 respectively.

Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent biomedical engineering programs, but they also cost less that schools of similar quality.
