2022 Best Value Bachelor’s Degree Colleges for Philosophy in the Plains States Region

Philosophy is the 81st most popular major in the country with 10,015 degrees awarded in 2019-2020. In 2017-2018, philosophy graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $29,067 and had an average of $22,199 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Plains States region, there were 562 philosophy graduates with average earnings and debt of $19,750 and $22,775 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 523 philosophy graduates with average earnings and debt of $39,786 and $25,576 respectively.
