In 2019-2020, 11,008 people earned their degree in entrepreneurial studies, making the major the 117th most popular in the United States. In 2017-2018, entrepreneurial studies graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $42,665 and had an average of $25,440 in loans still to pay off.

Across the Middle Atlantic region, there were 1,461 entrepreneurial studies graduates with average earnings and debt of $54,750 and $26,639 respectively. At the associate degree level specifically, there were 114 entrepreneurial studies graduates with average earnings and debt of $32,733 and $16,201 respectively.

For this year’s “Best Value Entrepreneurship Schools for an Associate in the Middle Atlantic Region” ranking, we looked at 13 colleges that offer a degree in entrepreneurial studies. This ranking identifies schools with high-quality entrepreneurial studies programs that also have a lower cost than schools of similar quality.
