2022 Best Value Master’s Degree Colleges for Management Information Systems in the Middle Atlantic Region
It’s not easy to decide which college to attend when there so many options available for students. College Factual has developed its “Best Value MIS Schools for a Master’s in the Middle Atlantic Region” ranking as one item you can use to help make this decision.
In 2019-2020, 14,198 people earned their degree in management information systems, making the major the 69th most popular in the United States. In 2017-2018, management information systems graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $56,157 and had an average of $27,895 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Middle Atlantic region, there were 1,607 management information systems graduates with average earnings and debt of $66,171 and $30,095 respectively. At the master’s degree level specifically, there were 322 management information systems graduates with average earnings and debt of $60,887 and $46,998 respectively.
This year’s “Best Value MIS Schools for a Master’s in the Middle Atlantic Region” ranking looked at 13 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in management information systems. This ranking identifies schools with high-quality management information systems programs that also have a lower cost than schools of similar quality.
When determining these rankings, we looked at things such as overall quality of the management information systems program at the school and the cost to attend the school once aid has been awarded. Check out our ranking methodology for more information.
