The school came in at #1 for the Best Value Real Estate Schools for a Bachelor’s in the New England Region. Located in Storrs, Connecticut, this large public school handed out 19 degrees to qualified bachelors’s real estate students in 2019-2020.

UCONN not only placed well in this ranking. It is also #1 on our “Best Real Estate Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the New England Region” list. The yearly cost to attend UCONN is $22,012 for new england region bachelor’s degree real estate students.
