Out of the 6 schools in the Best Value Real Estate Schools for a Bachelor’s in the Southwest Region that were part of this year’s ranking, Texas Christian University landed the #5 spot on the list. TCU is located in Fort Worth, Texas and, has a fairly large student population. In 2019-2020, this school awarded 46 bachelors’s real estate degrees to qualified students.

TCU not only placed well in this ranking. It is also #1 on our “Best Real Estate Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the Southwest Region” list. It costs about $36,811 for southwest region bachelor’s degree real estate students per year to attend Texas Christian University.

With a ranking of #6, Southern Methodist University did quite well on the 2022 Best Value Real Estate Schools for a Bachelor’s in the Southwest Region list. SMU is a fairly large private not-for-profit school situated in Dallas, Texas. It awarded 32 bachelors’s real estate degrees in 2019-2020.
