When pursuing a degree in today’s world, students have many different options to choose from. Our “Best Value Real Estate Schools for a Bachelor’s” ranking is part of that endeavor.

In 2019-2020, 5,658 people earned their degree in real estate, making the major the 211th most popular in the United States.

At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 1,645 real estate graduates with average earnings and debt of $38,303 and $24,501 respectively.

This year’s “Best Value Real Estate Schools for a Bachelor’s” ranking looked at 49 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in real estate. This ranking identifies schools with high-quality real estate programs that also have a lower cost than schools of similar quality.

When determining these rankings, we looked at things such as overall quality of the real estate program at the school and the cost to attend the school once aid has been awarded. For more information, check out our ranking methodology.
