In 2019-2020, 81,167 people earned their degree in allied health professions, making the major the 15th most popular in the United States. In 2017-2018, allied health professions graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $49,676 and had an average of $30,684 in loans still to pay off.

Across Ohio, there were 3,459 allied health professions graduates with average earnings and debt of $45,858 and $29,785 respectively. At the associate degree level specifically, there were 1,142 allied health professions graduates with average earnings and debt of $31,171 and $20,046 respectively.
