2022 Best Value Doctor’s Degree Colleges for Chiropractic
When it comes to choosing a college, students have a lot of options - but not all of them are good. In 2019-2020, 2,596 people earned their degree in chiropractic, making the major the 244th most popular in the United States.
At the doctor’s degree level specifically, there were 2,596 chiropractic graduates with average earnings and debt of $72,680 and $116,043 respectively.
This year’s “Best Value Chiropractic Schools for a Doctorate” ranking analyzed 11 colleges that offered a degree in chiropractic. This ranking identifies schools with high-quality chiropractic programs that also have a lower cost than schools of similar quality.
When determining these rankings, we looked at things such as overall quality of the chiropractic program at the school and the cost to attend the school once aid has been awarded. For more information, check out our ranking methodology.

Out of the 11 schools in the Best Value Chiropractic Schools for a Doctorate that were part of this year’s ranking, Logan University landed the #2 spot on the list. Logan University is a small private not-for-profit school situated in Chesterfield, Missouri. It awarded 205 doctorate’s chiropractic degrees in 2019-2020.

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Northwestern Health Sciences University. It ranked #3 on our 2022 Best Value Chiropractic Schools for a Doctorate list. NWHSU is a small school located in Bloomington, Minnesota that handed out 139 doctorate’s chiropractic degrees in 2019-2020.

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend New York Chiropractic College. It ranked #4 on our 2022 Best Value Chiropractic Schools for a Doctorate list. This small school is located in Seneca Falls, New York, and it awarded 154 doctorate’s chiropractic degrees in 2019-2020.

Parker University is a small private not-for-profit school situated in Dallas, Texas. It awarded 205 doctorate’s chiropractic degrees in 2019-2020.

Life University landed the #6 spot on the 2022 Best Value Chiropractic Schools for a Doctorate ranking. This small school is located in Marietta, Georgia, and it awarded 386 doctorate’s chiropractic degrees in 2019-2020.

D’Youville College came in at #7 in this year’s edition of the Best Value Chiropractic Schools for a Doctorate ranking. Located in Buffalo, New York, this small private not-for-profit school handed out 26 degrees to qualified doctorate’s chiropractic students in 2019-2020.
D’Youville College also made our “Best Chiropractic Doctor’s Degree Schools” list, coming in at #8. Average graduate tuition and fees at D’Youville College are $19,422, but you may pay more or less depending on your major.
National University of Health Sciences landed the #8 spot on the 2022 Best Value Chiropractic Schools for a Doctorate ranking. National University of Health Sciences is located in Lombard, Illinois and, has a small student population. In 2019-2020, this school awarded 111 doctorate’s chiropractic degrees to qualified students.
National College of Chiropractic not only placed well in this ranking. It is also #7 on our “Best Chiropractic Doctor’s Degree Schools” list. Average graduate tuition and fees at National College of Chiropractic are $24,716, but some majors have different tuition rates.

University of Bridgeport landed the #9 spot on the 2022 Best Value Chiropractic Schools for a Doctorate ranking. Bridgeport, Connecticut is the setting for this small institution of higher learning. The private not-for-profit school handed out doctorate’s chiropractic degrees to 45 students in 2019-2020.

Keiser University - Ft Lauderdale did quite well in the 2022 Best Value Chiropractic Schools for a Doctorate ranking, coming in at #10. Keiser University - Ft Lauderdale is a private not-for-profit institution located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The school has a large population, and it awarded 18 doctorate’s degrees in 2019-2020.
As a testament to the quality of education offered at Keiser University - Ft Lauderdale, the school also landed the #11 spot in our “Best Chiropractic Doctor’s Degree Schools” ranking.
