2022 Best Value Master’s Degree Colleges for International Studies in the Southeast Region

When it comes to choosing a college, students have a lot of options - but not all of them are good. College Factual has developed its “Best Value International Studies Schools for a Master’s in the Southeast Region” ranking as one item you can use to help make this decision.

In 2019-2020, 7,874 people earned their degree in international studies, making the major the 95th most popular in the United States. In 2017-2018, international studies graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $33,355 and had an average of $22,904 in loans still to pay off.

Across the Southeast region, there were 1,386 international studies graduates with average earnings and debt of $31,313 and $22,390 respectively. At the master’s degree level specifically, there were 234 international studies graduates with average earnings and debt of $53,950 and $43,286 respectively.

This year’s “Best Value International Studies Schools for a Master’s in the Southeast Region” ranking looked at 5 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in international studies. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great international studies programs and cost less that schools of similar quality.
