2022 Best Value Associate Degree Colleges for Dance in the Southwest Region

When it comes to choosing a college, students have a lot of options - but not all of them are good. Our “Best Value Dance Schools for an Associate in the Southwest Region” ranking is part of that endeavor.

In 2019-2020, 3,397 people earned their degree in dance, making the major the 161st most popular in the United States. In 2017-2018, dance graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $20,940 and had an average of $26,168 in loans still to pay off.

Across the Southwest region, there were 406 dance graduates with average earnings and debt of $25,340 and $23,695 respectively. At the associate degree level specifically, there were 39 dance graduates with average earnings and debt of $33,605 and $16,886 respectively.

This year’s “Best Value Dance Schools for an Associate in the Southwest Region” ranking analyzed 4 colleges that offered a degree in dance. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent dance programs, but they also cost less that schools of similar quality.
