Across the Southwest region, there were 744 general visual and performing arts graduates with average earnings and debt of $22,725 and $18,933 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 488 general visual and performing arts graduates with average earnings and debt of $38,896 and $23,899 respectively.

This ranking identifies schools with high-quality general visual and performing arts programs that also have a lower cost than schools of similar quality.

Located in Phoenix, Arizona, this large private for-profit school handed out 57 degrees to qualified bachelors’s visual arts students in 2019-2020.

University of Houston - Downtown is a fairly large public school situated in Houston, Texas. It awarded 15 bachelors’s visual arts degrees in 2019-2020.
