You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Ivy Tech Community College. It ranked #1 on our 2022 Best Value Agriculture Schools for an Associate For Those Making $0-$30k list. Ivy Tech Community College is a large school located in Indianapolis, Indiana that handed out 102 associates’s agriculture degrees in 2019-2020.
Ivy Tech Community College did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #1 on our “Best General Agriculture Associate Degree Schools” list. It costs about $5,397 for associate degree agriculture students whose families make $0-$30k per year to attend Ivy Tech Community College.
Out of the 15 schools in the Best Value Agriculture Schools for an Associate For Those Making $0-$30k that were part of this year’s ranking, North Carolina State University landed the #2 spot on the list. Raleigh, North Carolina is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out associates’s agriculture degrees to 23 students in 2019-2020.
NC State not only placed well in this ranking. It is also #3 on our “Best General Agriculture Associate Degree Schools” list. The estimated yearly cost for North Carolina State University is $7,285 for associate degree agriculture students whose families make $0-$30k.
The low student loan default rate of 2.9% is a good sign that students have an easier time paying off their loans than they might at other schools. For comparison, the national default rate is 10.1%. Students who start out at the school are likely to stick around. The freshman retention rate is 94%.
Out of the 15 schools in the Best Value Agriculture Schools for an Associate For Those Making $0-$30k that were part of this year’s ranking, Northeast Community College landed the #3 spot on the list. Norfolk, Nebraska is the setting for this medium-sized institution of higher learning. The public school handed out associates’s agriculture degrees to 15 students in 2019-2020.

This small school is located in Goodwell, Oklahoma, and it awarded 15 associates’s agriculture degrees in 2019-2020.
