In 2017-2018, information science graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $58,848 and had an average of $32,600 in loans still to pay off.

Across the Southeast region, there were 2,291 information science graduates with average earnings and debt of $55,840 and $42,406 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 1,445 information science graduates with average earnings and debt of $36,277 and $25,415 respectively.

The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great information science programs and cost less that schools of similar quality.
