In 2017-2018, general education graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $47,138 and had an average of $29,674 in loans still to pay off.

Across Florida, there were 705 general education graduates with average earnings and debt of $44,550 and $50,750 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 181 general education graduates with average earnings and debt of $36,173 and $25,318 respectively.

Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent general education programs, but they also cost less that schools of similar quality.

UF not only placed well in this ranking. It is also #1 on our “Best General Education Bachelor’s Degree Schools in Florida” list. The yearly cost to attend University of Florida is $6,302 for florida bachelor’s degree education students.
