In 2019-2020, 86,730 people earned their degree in engineering technologies, making the major the 19th most popular in the United States. In 2017-2018, engineering technologies graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $46,894 and had an average of $21,178 in loans still to pay off.
Across Ohio, there were 4,506 engineering technologies graduates with average earnings and debt of $47,844 and $23,084 respectively.

The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great engineering technologies programs and cost less that schools of similar quality.
