2022 Best Value Housing Schools for a Master’s in the Middle Atlantic Region

It’s not easy to decide which college to attend when there so many options available for students. College Factual has developed its “Best Value Housing Schools for a Master’s in the Middle Atlantic Region” ranking as one item you can use to help make this decision.

In 2019-2020, 911 people earned their degree in housing, making the major the 310th most popular in the United States. In 2017-2018, housing graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $43,433 and had an average of $24,194 in loans still to pay off.

Across the Middle Atlantic region, there were 30 housing graduates with average earnings and debt of $53,600 and $0 respectively. At the master’s degree level specifically, there were 10 housing graduates with average earnings and debt of $60,887 and $46,998 respectively.

This ranking identifies schools with high-quality housing programs that also have a lower cost than schools of similar quality.
