2022 Best Value Bachelor’s Degree Colleges for Public Health in the Middle Atlantic Region
It’s not easy to decide which college to attend when there so many options available for students. Our “Best Value Public Health Schools for a Bachelor’s in the Middle Atlantic Region” ranking is part of that endeavor.
In 2019-2020, 38,020 people earned their degree in public health, making the major the 27th most popular in the United States. In 2017-2018, public health graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $41,740 and had an average of $35,895 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Middle Atlantic region, there were 7,847 public health graduates with average earnings and debt of $45,509 and $38,698 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 3,176 public health graduates with average earnings and debt of $39,278 and $24,587 respectively.
This year’s “Best Value Public Health Schools for a Bachelor’s in the Middle Atlantic Region” ranking looked at 66 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in public health. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent public health programs, but they also cost less that schools of similar quality.
