In 2017-2018, health professions graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $44,506 and had an average of $32,284 in loans still to pay off.

Across the Southwest region, there were 113,185 health professions graduates with average earnings and debt of $41,054 and $25,618 respectively.

This year’s “Best Value Health Professions Schools in the Southwest Region For Those Getting Aid” ranking analyzed 231 colleges that offered a degree in health professions. This ranking identifies schools with high-quality health professions programs that also have a lower cost than schools of similar quality.
