In 2017-2018, sustainability science graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $42,011 and had an average of $27,458 in loans still to pay off.

Across the Great Lakes region, there were 549 sustainability science graduates with average earnings and debt of $0 and $21,750 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 215 sustainability science graduates with average earnings and debt of $39,075 and $25,381 respectively.

For this year’s “Best Value Sustainability Science Schools for a Bachelor’s in the Great Lakes Region” ranking, we looked at 10 colleges that offer a degree in sustainability science. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent sustainability science programs, but they also cost less that schools of similar quality.

Miami University - Oxford came in at #6 in this year’s edition of the Best Value Sustainability Science Schools for a Bachelor’s in the Great Lakes Region ranking. Miami University - Oxford is a fairly large public school situated in Oxford, Ohio. It awarded 31 bachelors’s sustainability science degrees in 2019-2020.
