Human Resource Management is the 43rd most popular major in the country with 26,616 degrees awarded in 2019-2020. In 2017-2018, human resource management graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $46,242 and had an average of $34,825 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Great Lakes region, there were 4,904 human resource management graduates with average earnings and debt of $45,183 and $31,157 respectively. At the associate degree level specifically, there were 432 human resource management graduates with average earnings and debt of $32,508 and $17,812 respectively.

This ranking identifies schools with high-quality human resource management programs that also have a lower cost than schools of similar quality.

NWTC is a fairly large school located in Green Bay, Wisconsin that handed out 41 associates’s HR degrees in 2019-2020.

Out of the 36 schools in the Best Value HR Schools for an Associate in the Great Lakes Region that were part of this year’s ranking, Fox Valley Technical College landed the #3 spot on the list. FVTC is a fairly large public school situated in Appleton, Wisconsin. It awarded 28 associates’s HR degrees in 2019-2020.
