2022 Best Value Colleges for Management Information Systems (Income $0-$30k) in Texas

In 2019-2020, 14,198 people earned their degree in management information systems, making the major the 69th most popular in the United States. In 2017-2018, management information systems graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $56,157 and had an average of $27,895 in loans still to pay off.
Across Texas, there were 1,439 management information systems graduates with average earnings and debt of $50,035 and $25,526 respectively.
For this year’s “Best Value MIS Schools in Texas For Those Making $0-$30k” ranking, we looked at 36 colleges that offer a degree in management information systems. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent management information systems programs, but they also cost less that schools of similar quality.

You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. The school came in at #3 for the Best Value MIS Schools in Texas For Those Making $0-$30k. UT Rio Grande Valley is a large school located in Edinburg, Texas that handed out 21 ’s MIS degrees in 2019-2020.
UT Rio Grande Valley also made our “Best Management Information Systems Schools in Texas” list, coming in at #17. The estimated yearly cost for UT Rio Grande Valley is $2,993 for Texas MIS students whose families make $0-$30k.
