2022 Best Value IT Schools for a Bachelor’s in the Far Western US Region

Our “Best Value IT Schools for a Bachelor’s in the Far Western US Region” ranking is part of that endeavor.
Information Technology is the 46th most popular major in the country with 38,958 degrees awarded in 2019-2020. In 2017-2018, information technology graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $39,044 and had an average of $25,781 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Far Western US region, there were 4,471 information technology graduates with average earnings and debt of $44,677 and $21,483 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 469 information technology graduates with average earnings and debt of $38,083 and $22,209 respectively.
This year’s “Best Value IT Schools for a Bachelor’s in the Far Western US Region” ranking analyzed 9 colleges that offered a degree in information technology. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent information technology programs, but they also cost less that schools of similar quality.
