2022 Best Value Doctor’s Degree Colleges for Nuclear Engineering in the New England Region

In 2017-2018, nuclear engineering graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $61,244 and had an average of $23,833 in loans still to pay off.

Across the New England region, there were 33 nuclear engineering graduates with average earnings and debt of $0 and $0 respectively. At the doctor’s degree level specifically, there were 13 nuclear engineering graduates with average earnings and debt of $73,889 and $109,372 respectively.

Located in Cambridge, Massachusetts, this fairly large private not-for-profit school handed out 13 degrees to qualified doctorate’s nuclear engineering students in 2019-2020.

As a testament to the quality of education offered at MIT, the school also landed the #1 spot in our “Best Nuclear Engineering Doctor’s Degree Schools in the New England Region” ranking.
