2022 Best Value HVACR Schools for an Associate in the Plains States Region
Students have lots of options to chooose from today when trying to decide which college to attend. Our “Best Value HVACR Schools for an Associate in the Plains States Region” ranking is part of that endeavor.
In 2019-2020, 19,871 people earned their degree in heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration, making the major the 186th most popular in the United States. In 2017-2018, heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $30,328 and had an average of $11,782 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Plains States region, there were 1,123 heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration graduates with average earnings and debt of $36,989 and $15,180 respectively. At the associate degree level specifically, there were 284 heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration graduates with average earnings and debt of $34,069 and $19,434 respectively.
This year’s “Best Value HVACR Schools for an Associate in the Plains States Region” ranking analyzed 23 colleges that offered a degree in heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration programs, but they also cost less that schools of similar quality.
