2022 Best Value HR Schools for a Doctorate
It’s not easy to decide which college to attend when there so many options available for students. College Factual has developed its “Best Value HR Schools for a Doctorate” ranking as one item you can use to help make this decision.
In 2019-2020, 26,616 people earned their degree in human resource management, making the major the 43rd most popular in the United States. In 2017-2018, human resource management graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $46,242 and had an average of $34,825 in loans still to pay off.
At the doctor’s degree level specifically, there were 289 human resource management graduates with average earnings and debt of $72,680 and $116,043 respectively.
This year’s “Best Value HR Schools for a Doctorate” ranking looked at 21 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in human resource management. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great human resource management programs and cost less that schools of similar quality.
When determining these rankings, we looked at things such as overall quality of the human resource management program at the school and the cost to attend the school once aid has been awarded. For more information, check out our ranking methodology.

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Bellevue University. It ranked #2 on our 2022 Best Value HR Schools for a Doctorate list.
