2022 Best Value Real Estate Schools for an Associate in the Southwest Region
When pursuing a degree in today’s world, students have many different options to choose from. Our “Best Value Real Estate Schools for an Associate in the Southwest Region” ranking is part of that endeavor.
Real Estate is the 163rd most popular major in the country with 5,658 degrees awarded in 2019-2020. In 2017-2018, real estate graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $59,476 and had an average of $30,114 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Southwest region, there were 895 real estate graduates with average earnings and debt of $50,767 and $24,618 respectively. At the associate degree level specifically, there were 67 real estate graduates with average earnings and debt of $33,605 and $16,886 respectively.
This year’s “Best Value Real Estate Schools for an Associate in the Southwest Region” ranking analyzed 9 colleges that offered a degree in real estate. This ranking identifies schools with high-quality real estate programs that also have a lower cost than schools of similar quality.
