2022 Best Value Master’s Degree Colleges for Information Technology in the Southwest Region

Information Technology is the 46th most popular major in the country with 38,958 degrees awarded in 2019-2020. In 2017-2018, information technology graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $39,044 and had an average of $25,781 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Southwest region, there were 3,678 information technology graduates with average earnings and debt of $33,176 and $22,188 respectively. At the master’s degree level specifically, there were 446 information technology graduates with average earnings and debt of $53,078 and $37,227 respectively.

The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great information technology programs and cost less that schools of similar quality.

Arizona State University - Tempe came in at #10 in this year’s edition of the Best Value IT Schools for a Master’s in the Southwest Region ranking. Located in Tempe, Arizona, this large public school awarded 28 degrees to qualified masters’s IT students in 2019-2020.
